Sound Bath with Rachel at Rose Wellbeing Therapies

Immerse yourself in a relaxing group sound bath and take time out from the world. Enjoy some gentle stretches & breath work before lying down in a wonderful sound healing journey with singing bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes and meditation music.

Bring a blanket and an eye pillow/mask if you have one. Light refreshments will be provided.

Those with hearing aids or conditions such as tinnitus should discuss suitability.
