The day will start with a gentle yoga practice accessible for all levels and abilities, on the mat or chair. We will continue the day with reflective meditative practices, in Allanton’s meditation room and/or outside in the beautiful grounds of Allanton Peace Sanctuary, taking time to recognise the power our thoughts, words and actions have, in the creation of our own and others’ wellbeing.
