  • Good for the brain – Allows you to connect with others helping you to relieve stress and anxiety. Practise patience waiting for your letter to arrive.
  • Increases creativity – No set rules for writing to a pen pal. The letter can be as short or long as you like.  Also, you can be as creative as you like. Some people like to decorate their letter.

You must be over 25 to become pen partners with a Carer in North Wales. Once we have some details from you, you will be matched with a Carer with similar interests. With the winter months ahead, this could be something interesting to do from the comfort of your own home ????
