Carers and their cared for are invited to join Paragon musicians for a relaxing morning of group music. Enjoy tapping into your natural rhythms while you explore different instruments and song writing in a creative and supportive environment. You do not need to be musically minded to enjoy this group!

Paragon Music is a local charity that provides opportunities for people additional support needs, Carers and their families*, to enjoy music and the arts through workshops, mentoring and performances.
