We have starting a new walking group for Male Carers to help you unwind, connect, and enjoy some time outdoors.

Visit the Veterans Garden

Walk to a local Café for a cuppa, then back again at a relaxed pace. *

The Walk: A steady walk, good company, and a tea or coffee at a local Café

Perfect for connection, fresh air, and a bit of time for you.
