New Male Carers Walking Group starting soon!
We’re starting a new walking group for Male Carers to help you unwind, connect, and enjoy some time outdoors.
First Walk:
Wednesday 12th August 2026
Meet at Dock Park – 12:45pm * outside the Café
Walk to a local Café for a cuppa, then back again at a relaxed pace. *
The Walk: A steady riverside walk, good company, and a tea or coffee at a local Café
Perfect for connection, fresh air, and a bit of time for you.
